1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Winter Haven Electrician for electrical diagnostics, repairs, installations, panel upgrades, or rewiring, you agree to these Terms of Service. All services are performed under Florida Certified Electrical Contractor license #EC13009841 in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the Florida Building Code.

2. Upfront Pricing & Authorizations

We provide upfront, transparent pricing before beginning non-diagnostic electrical work. Any unexpected concealed hazards discovered during work (such as deteriorated insulation, hidden junction boxes, or degraded conductors) will be brought to your attention with an itemized change order before proceeding.

3. Permitting & Municipal Inspections

When required by local ordinances in Winter Haven, Polk County, or municipal jurisdictions, all necessary electrical permits will be pulled by Winter Haven Electrician. Customers agree to provide reasonable access for municipal building inspectors to conduct final sign-offs.

4. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our electrical installations with our standard warranty covering labor and craftsmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply directly to equipment such as panels, breakers, surge protectors, and generators.

5. Emergency & After-Hours Service

Emergency dispatch is available 24/7. Emergency diagnostic fees and safety make-safe procedures are confirmed prior to technician departure.
